About My Clients
A focus in his work has been on processing trauma-level responses, helping individuals manage depressive symptoms, and supporting individuals to develop coping strategies. Jose has clinical experience in crisis management, emotional dysregulation, complex trauma, suicide, self-esteem, grief and loss, and masculinity.
My Background and Approach
Jose graduated with his Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology, MFT/LPCC from Notre Dame de Namur University. He later dual licensed as Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor.
