About My Clients

You feel stuck, lonely, or burnt out. You find yourself feeling overwhelmed by life's demands and others' expectations. You imagine, what if you had options, an opportunity for relief, and permission to show up differently. You're really good at putting the needs of others above your own, but you find yourself having trouble identifying and advocating for your own needs. Many of my clients describe themselves as people pleasing, high achieving, and overthinking.

My Background and Approach

Many of my clients value a therapy approach which resonates with their cultural identity and experiences. I contextualize CBT and IFS approaches to best suit your mental health goals, personal needs, and cultural values. During sessions with me, you’ll often hear me ask, “Do you want to explore the root of that, or do you want to practice some practical tools?” I value creating space for both digging deeper and understanding root causes, while also identifying practical solutions to cope with what’s most present.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that healing and growth happens when we feel supported, safely held, and empowered in our relationships. Therapy with me feels like a warm invitation to explore different parts of you with gentleness, curiosity, and compassion. You will feel supported and safely held as we journey together through your inner world. Working with me means gaining access to your inner wisdom, empowering you to implement changes toward healing.
