My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (MA, Clinical Mental Health Counseling) with a practice built on evidence, not guesswork. My approach is focused, efficient, and designed to create real results within weeks, not years. I track the latest neuroscience and clinical tools, and put them directly into practice with my clients.
