About My Clients
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and stress-related concerns, substance use, grief, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and work or educational stress. You may be looking for support during a difficult period, hoping to better understand yourself, or wanting to develop more effective ways of coping and creating change. I welcome English- and Spanish-speaking clients and offer both in-person and virtual psychotherapy.
My Background and Approach
I am a licensed clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist with advanced training at Harvard Medical School and Massachusetts General Hospital, where I completed my clinical internship and postdoctoral fellowship. My experience includes working with adults across the lifespan with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, neurological, and medical concerns. In psychotherapy, I focus on developing a strong, collaborative therapeutic relationship in which you feel understood, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), while tailoring treatment to your individual needs and goals. Together, we can work toward better understanding your experiences, developing practical skills for difficult emotions and circumstances, and building a life that feels more meaningful and aligned with your values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe we all have the potential for growth and change throughout our lives. We also share many of the joys, uncertainties, losses, and challenges that come with being human, and there are times when having support can make a meaningful difference. I view psychotherapy as a space to deepen self-understanding, process difficult emotions, strengthen our ability to cope with challenges, and increase our sense of agency. My approach is grounded in compassion, respect, collaboration, and the belief that therapy should honor each person's individual experiences, values, and goals.
