Helping clients achieve their goals for their personal and professional relationships is my passion. I strive to create safe, judgement-free spaces that promote healing, growth, and well-being. Together, we can explore your relationships, including thoughts, feelings, and emotions they evoke, and what “affirmed,” “supported,” and “understood” mean for you.
I believe treatment should adapt to meet clients where they are at all times. I work to create safe spaces for clients to explore, heal, and grow that incorporate their own sociocultural realities into the therapy process. It’s important to me to collaborate with my clients as much as possible to adjust treatment in ways that best fit unique needs, preferences, and life experiences.
To do this, I may make use of different therapy treatment styles and theoretical orientations. These may include, though are not limited to, psychodynamic therapy, Family Systems therapy, and LGBTQ+ Affirmative interventions.
