About My Clients
I specialize in supporting adults who have suffered complex, developmental, and attachment trauma. I am passionate about supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals who feel unsafe in our violent political landscape or are struggling to feel affirmed in their identity. I empower my clients to increase self-trust, soothing, embodiment, the ability to orient to safety and connection, decrease shame, distress, and negative beliefs about self, and increase helpful coping skills.
My Background and Approach
It is a privilege to collaborate with, empower, and support you throughout your healing journey. I use trauma-informed modalities such as EMDR, Somatic Resourcing, and IFS-informed Parts Work with an acknowledgement of how oppressive systems impact our mental health. Together we can collaborate to help you recover from years of living in dysregulated, disconnected, & shut-down states and return to your most authentic, liberated, and aligned self. I am excited to offer LPC Supervision and Clinical Consultation and to sit with others clinicians, at any point in their journey, in the depth and beauty of this work we provide.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I belive that, despite the traumas and stressors we experience, no matter how lost we may feel, we all have the innate and intuitive capacity to heal and transform. Healing is not a destination. Rather, it is a continual process that we may deviate from and rediscover repeatedly throughout our lifetime. My interests include: dogs, tarot, bodies of water, dancing, laughing, astrology, trees, music, plants, mountains, rituals, spells, songwriting, honoring and uplifting my loved ones and community.
