About My Clients
I have a special interest in working with clients dealing with issues related to eating disorder, anxiety, and self esteem. I’m also passionate about working with couples; my approach is to work towards unifying partners as a team against their struggles instead of working against each other.
My Background and Approach
In our work together I will integrate an Emotion Focused Therapy lens, leaning into the client's emotional experiences. I believe that our emotions can become key in understanding ourselves and our experiences. In our work together we will begin to explore experiences, the accompanying emotions and their underlying meaning. Along this journey my goal is to provide a safe and supportive space for you, the client, that allows for deeper exploration of the self.

I believe in the many benefits of counseling. Whether you're coming to work on a specific issue or goal or in search of a safe, non-judgmental space in hopes of deeper understanding of the yourself. My hope is to provide a safe and supportive space that fosters continued growth & learning. **Please note I'm unable to take insurance at this time but I accept credit, debit, and HSA cards for payment.
