About My Clients

You may feel like you’re holding everything together, but inside, you’re exhausted. Maybe you're a parent trying to figure out who you are outside of raising kids. Maybe you're navigating a major life shift, managing anxiety, or struggling to feel like yourself again. My clients are often deep thinkers, caregivers, and people who crave more balance in their lives. Together, we work to bring ease and clarity to the chaos so you can feel more present, connected, and at home in your own life.

My Background and Approach

I blend a warm, relational style with a structured, values-based approach. Therapy with me is supportive but also active—I believe in digging into what’s really going on, not just venting week after week. My approach is influenced by the Danish concept of hygge—creating a space of comfort and authenticity where you can explore life’s challenges without judgment. I integrate elements of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy to help you feel more grounded, empowered, and in control.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that therapy isn’t just about fixing what’s ‘wrong’—it’s about reconnecting with yourself. You deserve a space where you can breathe, reflect, and grow. I also believe in the power of slowing down. Our culture rewards burnout, but I’ve seen firsthand how intentional rest and connection can be transformative. You don’t have to do it all alone—let’s find a path forward together.
