About My Clients
Whether your mind feels like it’s racing or completely shut down, therapy can be a place where you sort out the mental noise, notice what’s really happening inside, and learn what you need without having to fix everything all at once. Maybe you’re carrying old wounds, running on autopilot, or just tired of pretending you're fine. Whether it’s anxiety, ADHD, depression, or trauma, you deserve a space to be honest, messy, uncertain, and still feel safe, heard, and supported.
My Background and Approach
Having been in the field for over six years, I will help you make sense of what’s going on underneath the surface and support you as you learn to move through it with more clarity and self-trust. I am a fully licensed clinical social worker and an ADHD Clinical Services Provider. I specialize in helping clients untangle difficult thoughts, regulate emotions, and reconnect with themselves in ways that feel safe and sustainable. While I frequently use cognitive behavioral therapy or CBT (a structured, goal-oriented, evidence-based practice that looks at how thoughts shape emotions and experiences), I am aware that it is not a one-size-fts-all approach. I'm continuously furthering my education and aim to incorporate ideas from mindfulness and somatic-based practices as well.
