About My Clients
My specialty areas include navigating infertility and childlessness, managing anxiety, ADHD, stress around work, family, dating, relationships, college and life transitions. I am licensed in and accepting clients from Oregon, New York and Washington.
My Background and Approach
By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a focus on mindfulness and your unique strengths, I can help you understand and change unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviors. Through our work you'll develop a better awareness of who you are, what you want and how to get it. I'll help you understand and feel confident in yourself, and figure out how to live the life you want. We'll identify problem areas or places where you feel stuck and find new ways of responding that will afford more enjoyable, fulfilling outcomes. Together we’ll combine our expertise (mine in mental health, you as the expert on your own life) to help you make the necessary changes to feel better and function more effectively. We’ll highlight your strengths, resources, and past successes, in order to build a framework for a solution-building process.

I'm dedicated to creating an environment of respect and appreciation for all clients' racial and ethnic membership, gender and sexual identity, social class, religious affiliation, nationality, body size, and disability status. Throughout our work I'll promote an atmosphere of openness, trust, and safety where all attitudes, beliefs, values, and behaviors can be freely explored and discussed.
