About My Clients
You've endured so much fear, confusion, and anxiety about who are and just being you. You've been told by society, friends, and family there is something wrong with you for being "weird" or "different." Perhaps you've experienced a lot of bullying and loneliness. You just want to feel comfortable in your own skin. I want you to know you deserve this sense of peace and confidence. I would love the opportunity to help you achieve this life.
My Background and Approach
I have over a decade of experience as a therapist assisting people just like you in transforming their lives. For about the first 18 years of my life, I notably suffered. At the age of 25, I learned the impact of all the bullying, alienation, loneliness, and discomfort with who I was had on my life. It was at that point, I sought my own intensive therapy and completely altered my life for the better, as well as realized my calling was to help people just like me. Since then, I have devoted my life to helping men struggling with their emotions and sense of purpose to feel confident and safe in relating to themselves and the world. I help my clients to develop understanding and compassion of who they are, realize they are not alone, and learn dramatically kinder and gentler beliefs and thoughts about themselves.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My role is to help you gain clarity on your desired best life. My goal is to help you to hold a clearer mirror up closer to you as often as possible. From there, I focus my every effort on helping you discover your own steps to achieve it as quickly as possible. You know yourself better than I ever possibly could, so I am simply there to help you along the way, supporting you to make your best choices. I know that when we've been through a lot of suffering and trauma, we can often learn to be very negative, hard on ourselves, and fearful of others. I believe we should all be as kind, gentle, and understanding with ourselves and others as possible, so I help my clients to shed a lot of their adaptations to traumas and pain to live this much more peaceful and safe existence. I am an active member of the LGBTQ+ community, as well as the polyamorous community, and I believe Black Lives Matter.
