About My Clients
I work with young adults, professionals, members of the Latino/a community, LGBTQ+ individuals, and people with disabilities. Many of my clients are navigating anxiety, depression, interpersonal stress, or emotional overwhelm while balancing work, relationships, and personal expectations. I provide an inclusive, welcoming space where individuals can explore challenges, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable growth.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of clinical experience. I earned my degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and have worked with a broad and diverse client population throughout my career. My therapeutic style is both warm and structured. I prioritize building a strong, trusting relationship as the foundation for meaningful progress. Through collaboration and motivation, I help clients clarify goals, strengthen coping strategies, and develop insight into patterns that may be contributing to distress. In addition to my clinical work, I serve as a clinical supervisor, supporting and mentoring clinicians and interns in their professional development. My commitment to growth extends not only to clients but also to the broader clinical community.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that healing begins with feeling understood and supported. When individuals feel safe to explore their emotions without judgment, meaningful change becomes possible. Therapy is a collaborative process built on trust, respect, and shared effort. I strive to create a space where clients feel empowered to examine challenges, strengthen resilience, and move toward the life they want to build. I am committed to providing affirming, inclusive care that honors each person’s unique identity and lived experience. If you’re ready to begin working toward greater clarity and balance, I would be glad to support you.
