My Background and Approach
Years of working in Youth ministry, family social work, school-based counseling, marriage/couples counseling, inpatient psych, and now private practice - it feels like I've seen it all. What I continue to come back to is that humans are relational by nature. Relationships- we all have them, all want them, all need them. Utilizing Attachment, Family systems theories, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and EMDR, we can find an approach that best suits your unique needs.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Are you feeling sad, stressed, lonely, insecure, disappointed, stuck, like you’re too much or not enough? Relationships are the lens through which we experience life. Our relationships with ourselves, others, and the world affect how we show up in our spaces. What if you had the confidence to be exactly who God created you to be with freedom and authenticity?
