With a specialization in women’s issues, I approach therapy with a gentle, holistic, and down-to-earth perspective. I deeply enjoy working with women on a journey of self-discovery, seeking to understand themselves more fully and bring greater harmony to their lives. The journey into motherhood—from pre-motherhood through pregnancy, birth, and beyond—is especially meaningful to me. I offer compassionate support and collaboration throughout these stages, navigating each transition with care.
My Background and Approach
In my practice, therapy isn’t just about addressing symptoms; it’s about nurturing your entire being. I offer a grounded approach integrating mindfulness, body awareness, and parts-of-self work. My focus is on deep transformation and wholeness, supporting individuals and couples as they work to fully explore, integrate, and evolve. I'm a Gestalt therapist who has completed the Gestalt Institute of Pittsburgh's Two-Year Training Program for Professionals along with the Advanced Training Certification Program. I work mostly from a Gestalt perspective and incorporate parts (IFS) work with body/somatic aspects to support you in facilitating a mind-body connection. I also have 10 years of trauma experience where I specialized in supporting women as they healed from domestic violence and sexual assault.
