My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Florida with 12 years of experience treating couples, families, and individuals. I am deeply committed to my clients as they navigate the challenges of life, relationships, and personal growth. My approach is rooted in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each client’s unique story. I have 12 years of clinical experience, working with a diverse range of clients across different life stages. My work is informed by evidence-based practices and a strong belief in the healing power of authentic connection and emotional safety. Whether we’re addressing communication struggles, life transitions, trauma, parenting concerns, or identity exploration, I strive to create a nonjudgmental space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered. I draw from therapeutic modalities such as, Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Gottman Method for Couples Therapy.
