About My Clients
I work with adults, college students, and young adults all the way through to 65 and up. These stages of life are powerful times to build self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to navigate tough situations in ways that feel more true to who you are. Whether you're working with 10% energy or ready to give it your all, what matters most is that you're willing to show up for yourself. If you're ready to do the work, I’m game if you are.
My Background and Approach
Who am I? Honestly, still figuring that out, just like a lot of us. What I do know is I’m a real one: warm, direct, and a little funny when it fits. I work with Black and BIPOC folks carrying too much for too long trauma, burnout, identity stress, and all the pressure to “stay strong.” I use CPT to help process the pain trauma leaves behind, like shame and guilt, and REBT to challenge the internal voice that says “I should be better” or “I’m not enough.” Therapy doesn’t have to feel cold or clinical. We’ll go at your pace, keep it real, and maybe even laugh sometimes. If that sounds like your vibe, I’d be honored to walk with you.
