About My Clients
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults- preferred age is 12+ due to telehealth at this time. I enjoy working with folks to help them overcome their anxiety and depression, improve self esteem, solve family conflict, improve communication skills, and overall live a life that feels good to them.
My Background and Approach
Hi, I'm Jordan! I'm a therapist with experience working in the child welfare system, Philly public schools, pediatric hospitals, and outpatient therapy. My style is authentic and down-to-earth. While I combine many styles of therapy, my main focus is on building relationships and supporting you and your goals. I practice from a trauma-informed, harm reduction lens and will always meet you where you're at. I enjoy working with kids, teens, and young adults to address social skills, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, sports performance, and beyond.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a cisgender female who actively uses my privilege to be anti-racist, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed in my work. I believe that healthcare is a human right, that all humans deserve to be treated with dignity, and that empathy and community are some of the most powerful ways to heal. I know that therapy is political, and I am here to sit with you in how that impacts your life. I practice from a harm reduction, feminist therapy lens.
