About My Clients
My clients are often individuals and couples seeking deeper healing, a stronger connection to self, and a more authentic understanding of themselves and their relationships. Many of my clients are boldly navigating attachment wounds, anxiety, relational pain, communication challenges, emotional disconnection, or major life transitions. I especially love working with clients who are curious, reflective, and open to meaningful, relationally rooted change.
My Background and Approach
As an LMFT, my approach is deeply relational, attachment-focused, experiential, and rooted in genuine curiosity. I believe therapy works best when we slow down enough to understand not only what you are struggling with, but how your protective patterns came to make sense. Our work together may include exploring attachment wounds, relational patterns, trauma responses, emotional disconnection, communication struggles, and the ways your nervous system has learned to protect you. I draw from systemic, trauma-informed, experiential, and neurobiology-informed perspectives, which means we will look beyond symptoms and toward the deeper emotional, relational, biological, and lived experiences shaping your world. I bring authentic warmth, honesty, humor, genuine attunement, and gentle challenge into the room. I hope to help you feel deeply seen and supported while creating space for meaningful healing, deeper self-trust, and more authentic ways of relating to yourself and others.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens in connection - with ourselves, with others, and within the larger systems that shape our lives. To my core, I believe people make sense. Our patterns, protections, fears, and pain often have stories behind them, and I believe healing begins when we can meet those stories with honesty, compassion, and curiosity instead of shame. I care deeply about creating a space that is affirming, inclusive, and respectful of each client’s lived experience, identities, relationships, and humanity as a whole. I value authenticity, emotional courage, relational healing, trauma-informed care, neurodiversity-affirming support, LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and the ways family, culture, community, and systemic harm shape mental health and belonging. I truly believe we heal most deeply when we are brave enough to be real. I aim to bring that same humanness into my work — warmth, humility, humor, tenderness, and honest presence are what you can expect from me.
