I have collaborated with parents both virtually and in-person, tailoring my approach to their specific needs and desires for services. I enjoy exploring psychoeducation through experiential methods, allowing parents and caregivers to fully engage in the therapeutic experience while enhancing their roles as parental figures. I aim to create a therapeutic space where I can offer them guidance and support.

Grief was the initial catalyst that drew me into the counseling field, and it has remained a significant focus in my work with clients. I utilize experiential methods to help grief emerge, transform, and receive the recognition it deserves. With compassionate and gentle support, I create a safe and sacred environment where you can feel, explore, and navigate life while embracing your grief.

We inhabit a world where anxiety is ever-present. With rapid changes, elevated expectations, and significant pressure, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. My goal is to shift this narrative by focusing on recognizing and embracing anxiety, while discovering various methods to ground ourselves in the present moment. I offer somatic experiences, meditative exercises, and trigger explorations in a safe and supportive environment.

I have been engaged in experiential counseling techniques since early 2019. These methods incorporate a variety of activities that enable clients to engage with the process in real-time. This immersive approach, often referred to as “feeling into it,” can greatly enhance the healing and growth journey by helping clients make important connections. My training in experiential counseling encompasses a blend of Gestalt therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and somatic practices.

My journey with transformative power of connecting with horses spans a lifetime. Years of being involved with horses have provided me with deep insights into the remarkable advantages of partnering with these magnificent creatures for personal growth, healing, and self-discovery. These experiences serve as the cornerstone of my expertise. I have received training in various approaches to equine-assisted psychotherapy and have integrated multiple methods to offer authentic experiences.
