My Background and Approach
My approach is primarily rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT). Specifically, I believe that using a therapeutic modality with gentle structure helps us to understand patterns for you to choose how you would like to move forward.
