I work primarily with young adults of all backgrounds using CBT and DBT grounded in a person-centered, strengths-based approach. Mindfulness is a core part of my work, helping clients slow down, understand their patterns, and respond differently to stress, anxiety, and relationships. My Background and Approach
Hi, I’m Jordan Dotson, a counselor who understands how overwhelming it can be to navigate adulthood in today’s world.
