About My Clients
Hello! I am only offering sessions via Telehealth (online video/phone) across the state of California. If you have Medi-Cal, I take CenCal (Santa Barbara County) & Gold Coast (Ventura County). I welcome motivated individuals who are ready to go on a journey of healing, self-discovery, and personal growth. I have a strong passion working with college students, adults, and the older adult/elderly community.
My Background and Approach
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress or working on your self-esteem, anger management, or communication skills, I'm here to create a safe, comfortable, and non-judgmental environment for you to open up and be vulnerable. As a culturally sensitive therapist, I am here to guide and assist you in becoming the person you want to be. I provide healthy coping strategies and skills to help alleviate what you are going through. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but also use whatever modality/approach would be most beneficial for my client's needs.

I feel that being as open and vulnerable as possible can provide the most self-awareness and insight, which can then lead to a healthy balance of life and self-care.
