About My Clients
Many of the clients I work with are navigating identity exploration, intimacy and sexual health concerns, body image, life transitions, self-esteem, and the complexities of relationships. Together, we create a warm, nonjudgmental space to explore relationship patterns and self-concept with openness and curiosity, a place to slow down, feel understood, and reconnect with yourself.
My Background and Approach
I approach my work through a systemic lens, blending emotionally focused therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, Narrative therapy, Feminist theory, Attachment theory, and Queer theory — with curiosity, empathy, and humor woven throughout. Sessions with me are slow and exploratory, giving us room to dig beneath the surface and uncover the unconscious patterns, survival stances, and relational wounds shaping your life today. Together, we create a space where you can show up as your true self, open up with confidence, and build change that actually lasts. I believe you are the true expert of your own life. My role is simply to walk alongside you on that path.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that we are all innately good and possess the strength and wisdom within ourselves to grow and heal. Adverse life experiences, systemic issues, and childhood wounds can limit our ability to recognize our own strength and reach our full potential. Wounding and healing also don't happen in isolation — they happen within systems: patriarchy, heteronormativity, white supremacy, capitalism, and intergenerational patterns that shape how we see ourselves and move through the world. As your therapist, I hope to help you uncover those limitations, understand the systems that helped create them, and deepen your relationship with yourself — so you're able to better navigate what life throws at you, even after our work together.
