I help people who face emotional pain, such as past trauma, find healing, peace, and self-acceptance. I aid people in understanding why they react as they do, give them tools to cope effectively, and show them new ways of responding. I help people increase their understand of themselves, feel more connected to themselves, and work through their internal conflicts. I help people learn healthy ways to connect with others and communicate their needs.
