Sometimes life feels overwhelming and we need the space to process our emotions and develop coping strategies. I am passionate about helping people create positive change. Therapy is hard work - it is both challenging and rewarding. We will collaborate together to achieve your goals and work towards growth and healing. I work with individuals, young adults, families, and couples. I specialize in working with issues of anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relationship issues, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
Every person is different and my treatment approach is tailored to each client. I believe the most important factor in therapy is the therapeutic relationship, which is why we will work together to make sure we are a good fit. My clients tell me my therapeutic style is active and engaged, playful, and approachable. I support clients in their goals, applying psycho-education, years of experience, therapeutic training, and my own creativity and personality. I offer free, brief phone consultations to make sure we are going to be a good match. I look forward to meeting you!
