Those who I work with are navigating the complexities of modern life while feeling disconnected from their internal sense of calm. Many of the clientsI support are moving through significant life transitions—such as career shifts, changes in family dynamics, or healing from past stressors, that have left them feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or "stuck" in a state of high alert. They may struggle with perfectionism, boundary-setting, or a persistent feeling of being "on edge".

I utilize a holistic approach that integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to help clients gain clarity into their thought patterns, build resilience and achieve lasting emotional well-being.
