About My Clients
For me, my clients tend to be those looking to engage for the long-term; they want to go deep and get curious about their lives and to understand more about themselves. At the same time, I also work with clients who want to move quickly to create change.
My Background and Approach
I'm a licensed clinical social worker and ordained Presbyterian church minister. As such, I have had extensive experience working with complex relational dynamics.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
While I am an ordained minister, I am fully open to working with fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ community. As a member of the community myself, I know how important it is to explicitly state that I am affirming. I also know that for some, finding a therapist who is open to working with matters of spirituality and religion (especially religious trauma) can also be important.
