If you are a young professional or student looking for support for ADHD (or something like it), I am here to help. Most people I work with are facing difficulties with their careers, their academic performance, and/or their relationships. Problems with procrastination, communication, organization, and time management suck and can feel unavoidable. If this sounds like you, don't give up! It doesn't have to stay this way.
My Background and Approach
People are unique and I find it most helpful to remain flexible in my approach to meet them where they are (especially with ADHD). Sometimes a more structured approach is most beneficial, and sometimes keeping therapy conversational and open is the best way to reach someone. It all depends on what you're looking for. My training has left me well equipped to adjust to your specific needs and goals. With this in mind, interventions I use in therapy are grounded in scientific research or research informed theories.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I'm a big fan of people (hot take?) and absolutely love my job. I pursued this career because helping people more intentionally live their lives is incredibly fulfilling. It's a privilege to walk with others as they find their way.
