About My Clients
We seek therapy for an array of reasons, but usually because we are hurting and unhappy in our relationships with others and ourselves. Often anxiety or sadness clue us in that something is amiss. Therapy can help you heal from past hurts and face the future with clear-eyed resolve and bravery. I provide evidence-based treatment for trauma-related concerns, anxiety, autism spectrum disorders and ADHD in adults, and gender and sexual identity development.
My Background and Approach
I will help you clarify the nature of your issues, identify how those concerns came to be and have been maintained, and co-create an approach and direction for therapy that can lead to healing and lasting behavior change. I strive for a therapy space that encourages authenticity and vulnerability, and in turn, healing. Choosing a therapist is tough, so please take a look at my website to see if we might be a good fit. I am currently accepting new clients. I see clients in-person in Greensboro and provide tele-health to clients across North Carolina and Texas.
