I’m a licensed therapist specializing in helping individuals and couples move from overwhelm and emotional stuckness into clarity and connection. I’m trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFIT/EFT), which means we won’t just manage symptoms—we’ll explore the deeper patterns driving your anxiety, depression, or relationship distress so real, lasting change can happen. My approach is warm, grounded, and practical: I help you understand your emotions, build healthier patterns, and feel more confident navigating life and relationships. My work is rooted in the belief that every person has inherent value, regardless of background. My Christian faith shapes my personal values—compassion, humility, and care—but I work with clients of all backgrounds and never impose my beliefs. I’m committed to creating an inclusive, welcoming space for people from all communities, including those hurt by religion. I value emotional honesty, curiosity, and the courage it takes to face what’s going on inside. I care deeply about reducing stigma around mental health and supporting people in living authentically and with greater connection.
