My Background and Approach
I graduated with his Bachelor's in Exercise Science, initially aspiring to pursue a path in medicine. Discovering my passion for social work during an introductory class, I have since accumulated three years of professional experience as a Registered Behavior Technician. I graduated with my Master’s in Social Work from Northern Arizona University in 2024. Specializing in supporting young adults and couples dealing with autism spectrum disorder, anxiety, and depression, I bring a valuable blend of academic knowledge and hands-on expertise. Drawing from his background in exercise science, I emphasize the significant impact of an active, healthy lifestyle on mental well-being. Beyond my professional pursuits, I value quality family time with my wife and daughter, alongside dedicated training sessions for our puppy.

The most crucial part of the therapeutic journey is taking the first step. I know from personal experience how challenging it can be to find a therapist who truly fits YOU!
