About My Clients
I specialize in men's issues, relationship struggles, anxiety, low self-worth, and help all my clients to prioritize their self-care as they navigate burnout and boundary setting. I'm sensitive to themes of people pleasing, perfectionism, internet/gaming addiction, life/career transitions, and work/life balance. I collaborate with clients of all backgrounds and lifestyles in both English and Spanish. I take pride in supporting couples (poly/kink friendly) and individuals (LGBTQI+ affirmative).
My Background and Approach
After having grown up abroad and studied in the East Coast, I finally established roots here in Los Angeles over a decade ago. My career began in the film industry where I pursued my dream of telling stories that invite conversations toward social change by shining a positive light on the intimate lives of often underrepresented and marginalized populations. Along my journey, I evolved from wanting to tell these important stories solely through a creative lens, and instead to ground myself in community and leverage my privilege to create a safe space that empowers individuals to feel free and confident to voice their own narratives in the ways that serve them best.

In our work together, we'll team up and safely create distance from your problems and stressors, while empowering you to replace damaging discourses and stuck routines that aim to keep you down with new narratives that honor you and allow for increased possibilities, desired outcomes, and social change.
