About My Clients
I work with clients that are experiencing high levels of Depression or Anxiety that feel overwhelmed with everyday tasks. It often affects the quality of client's relationships, careers or school performances. Especially in the current state that our world is in, it can lead people to become unmotivated, sad, angry, or explosive. I hope to give my clients the ability to work on themselves and make the changes they need to improve their lives.
My Background and Approach
I help my clients tell their story, to understand how they have gotten where they are, and help them plan to make the changes to improve their lives. This is done in a psycho dynamic approach, helping to get the client to know him'herself. I am a big believer in the connection between the mind and he body and will often use a Mindfulness approach to help my clients feel more in touch with themselves an the world around them. As a licensed clinical social work for 20 years working with many different client populations, I work to create a safe and trusting environment through online therapy to help my clients improve and be more productive.
