My Background and Approach
As a Marine Veteran, I understand the strength it takes to keep going. But I also know that "sidelining" our pain to get the mission done can eventually leave us feeling tired, stuck, or divided. I use Parts Work to create a safe, welcoming space where every part of you; the protector, the survivor, even the parts that feel "broken" are heard and respected. My goal is to help you move beyond just "getting by" so you can lead your life with a sense of wholeness and heart. You don’t have to fight yourself anymore. Let’s start the journey of coming home to who you truly are.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Healing is the process of remembering the goodness within ourselves, connecting intimately to our inner world, and finding a new balance that restores our sense of integrity. Our time together will be focused on cultivating a more consistently positive self-image that is rooted in a strong sense of self-compassion and supported by secure relationships. In parts work, I help you identify the various "parts" of your internal system. Such as the inner critic or the perfectionist. By approaching these sub-personalities with curiosity rather than judgment, we can unburden past pain and resolve internal conflict. My goal is to help you lead from your "Self," creating harmony and healing from within.
