About My Clients
I provide in person and online therapy services for adults 21 and older from multicultural backgrounds. My clients experience symptoms associated with anxiety, mood, personality, and adjustment disorders. Some of my clients are also trauma survivors in search of healing. Most people I help are looking for therapeutic skills coaching to find enjoyment in relationships, social lives, careers, recreation, and academics.
How I Can Help You
My treatment approach is informed by formal training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) skills coaching. My focus is on mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance and interpersonal effectiveness. I also use techniques based in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you challenge those negative core beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that keep you from experiencing your best life.
