About My Clients
I work well with young professionals who want to create a life of more connection, meaning, and hope. My clients want to know themselves more deeply, want to live more authentically, and want freedom from past relational patterns that keep them stuck. Often, the clients I work with have intense inner voices that say "you are too much" or "you are not enough!" My clients learn to love who they are and how to stand on their truth.
My Background and Approach
I received my Masters in Counseling Psychology from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology in April 2020. I also received advanced training in narrative focused trauma care. I am a creative person with a curious and engaged style, a passion for learning, and a heart for gathering and (re)connecting people. In my therapeutic practice I am active and collaborative. Together we will work to deepen your connection to your innermost self, give meaning to past experiences, transform thinking patterns, and explore new styles of being and relating. In our work together my hope is that you will come to know and love yourself more fully, feel emboldened to live more authentically, experience freedom from past ways of thinking and relational patterns that have kept you stuck, and feel a greater sense of connection, meaning and hope in your life. Note: I don’t take insurance, but do offer super-bills which you can submit for out-of-network providers.
