About My Clients
I work best with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, behavioral addictions, work stress, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients feel stuck in old patterns, weighed down by self-doubt, or overwhelmed by life’s pressures. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can feel understood, gain clarity, and develop practical tools and coping skills to manage challenges with greater confidence and peace. Together we’ll focus on lasting change.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and provide therapy exclusively via telehealth. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I take an eclectic approach, drawing from CBT, ACT, mindfulness, solution-focused, and other methods depending on what best supports each client. I believe therapy works best when it feels practical and relevant to daily life, so I focus on offering tools you can actually use outside of session. At the same time, I create space for deeper reflection about patterns, relationships, and self-worth. Clients often tell me they appreciate that I am straightforward, nonjudgmental, and genuinely invested in their progress. Whether you’re managing anxiety, working through relationship stress, addressing behavioral addictions, or simply wanting to feel more balanced, I’ll meet you where you are and help you move toward the lasting change you want.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Outside of my work as a counselor, I value curiosity, connection, and balance. I enjoy reading books on psychology and personal growth, keeping up with sports, and finding new ways to stay active. I’m also a bit of a tech enthusiast and enjoy exploring gadgets and tools that support health and well-being. In my free time, I like watching baseball, playing games, and spending time with friends and family. I believe humor, creativity, and curiosity are just as important to growth as discipline and structure. Family, community, and authenticity matter a lot to me, and I believe that small daily choices—whether it’s exercise, learning something new, or spending time with loved ones—can add up to meaningful change. I bring these same values into my therapy work, creating a space that is down-to-earth, supportive, and focused on what really matters to each person’s life and well-being.
