EMDR is a proven therapy for trauma. I am trained in EMDR and have practiced it for years.
My focus with addiction is mostly internet, gaming, sex and pornography. I have worked with many men that have found their lives and relationships have been suffering.
ACT is a beautiful life philosophy of managing life to be in service of your values. I have attended ACT training and have incorporated the principles into my own life.
I have worked with a range of anxiety challenges including panic. I have helped many clients learn to unhook themselves from unhelpful thoughts, so they can live in the present moment, in service of their values.
I have experienced depression most of my life. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy greatly helped me in riding out the wave of depression, instead of fighting it. I guide clients through the process of noticing how they feel, learning it is temporary, and living in service of their values any way! One can learn to accept waves of depression and still live a rich, full, and meaningful life!
