About My Clients
I work with career-driven adults navigating stress, transitions, and high expectations at work and at home, as well as couples, married and unmarried, working through communication breakdowns, trust, and reconnecting after drift. Many clients are high-achieving professionals in Fairfield County who hold it together for everyone else and want a space where they don't have to. Using Gestalt and Relational Life Therapy, I help clients build real, lasting change, not just insight
My Background and Approach
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over 20 years in sales, marketing, startups, and non-profit work. That background shapes how I work now: I understand the pressure of performance and how hard it can be to slow down enough to actually feel something. I bring that same practical, results-oriented mindset into the therapy room, without losing sight of the deeper emotional work that makes change last. My clinical approach draws on Gestalt therapy and Relational Life Therapy (RLT). Gestalt keeps us grounded in what's happening right now, in the room, in your body, in this relationship. RLT gives couples and individuals concrete tools for breaking old patterns and building real intimacy and accountability. I also supervise other clinicians, which keeps me sharp and constantly learning. I work best with people who are ready to be honest, even when it's uncomfortable, and who want more than just a place to vent. My goal is to help you leave each session with something real to work with.
