About My Clients
Jon’s expertise encompasses a wide range of concerns, including insomnia, anxiety, depression, trauma, marital challenges, and the delicate process of life transitions. He understands that these issues can be overwhelming, and he is dedicated to providing a safe and supportive space for healing and growth.
My Background and Approach
Jon’s approach to therapy is highly personalized, drawing from a toolkit of evidence-based modalities. He employs Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to address and reframe negative thought patterns, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to enhance emotional regulation, Solution-Focused techniques to empower clients in finding solutions, and the Gottman Method to strengthen and enrich relationships. Jon uses CBT-I to help identify causes and solutions to improve sleep when insomnia is occurring.
