About My Clients
You've probably spent years wondering why everything feels harder than it should. Maybe you just got a diagnosis that explained a lot, but didn't tell you what to do next. Or you've been in therapy before and left feeling like you had to translate yourself the whole time. I work with teens, young adults, and men with ADHD, autism, and AuDHD — particularly those who are late-diagnosed, carrying chronic shame, or whose neurodivergence and trauma haven't been fully untangled yet.
My Background and Approach
I served as a resident ADHD specialist at Tarzana Treatment Centers and have formal training in Brainspotting (Phase 1 and 2). I draw from Brainspotting, IFS-informed parts work, somatic therapy, and compassion-focused approaches — adapted for how neurodivergent minds actually process and change. I also bring lived experience as someone diagnosed with ADHD at six years old, which shapes how I show up with clients.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe neurodivergent people who struggle the most aren't broken or failing at life; they're misaligned. Their minds are complex, sensitive, and nonlinear, living within systems built for conformity and emotional disconnection. Real change happens not through more insight or willpower, but when your nervous system finally feels safe enough to settle. The most healing thing I've seen is when someone starts relating to themselves with curiosity instead of shame. I've taken this journey myself, moving from chronic self-criticism to genuine curiosity about how my mind works. I've since facilitated that same shift with many others who've discovered new capacities for joy and acceptance.
