About My Clients
You’ve built an impressive life, yet a quiet weight or persistent anxiety suggests something beneath the surface is out of alignment. Whether it's strained relationships or a story that no longer fits, please know this isn't a failure. The ways you’ve learned to cope were brilliant survival tools that simply don't serve you anymore. You don't need fixing; you deserve a partner to walk with you into your deeper story, helping you gather the pieces into a hopeful, integrated whole.
My Background and Approach
My approach, neuro-archetypal integration, is a collaborative process weaving together the neuroscience of pain with the symbolic language of the soul. Drawing on narrative therapy, Jungian psychology, and contemplative wisdom, we explore not just what happened to you, but who you are becoming. I specialize in supporting high-achieving professionals navigating burnout, individuals healing from trauma, and those integrating a spiritual journey into their growth. The central metaphor of my work is the mosaic. When life shatters through stress or exhaustion, healing isn’t about discarding the fragments. It is about gathering those pieces with care and arranging them into a narrative that is whole, honest, and deeply true. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience across clinical counseling and pastoral ministry, I provide a space for this transformation to unfold. I work entirely online, serving adults throughout California.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe every person carries a story worth telling, and doing so with care is a profound form of healing. This conviction has guided my path through pastoral ministry, seminary education, and my work as a counselor today. My own perspective is shaped by deep faith and the contemplative and Celtic Christian traditions. Influenced by voices like Richard Rohr and Thomas Merton, I believe the sacred is woven into the ordinary and that transformation is an invitation rather than a demand. I work with people of all backgrounds, whether you hold a specific faith or none at all. What matters is your willingness to be honest with your story and curious about where it leads. Based in California, I find hope and renewal in the natural world—the desert, the mountains, and the coast. I believe the wilderness has a unique way of reminding us of the essential truths we may have forgotten about ourselves. You are invited to step into that discovery.
