Hello, my name is Dr. Jomo Thomas. If you are looking to improve your sense of self and strengthen and enhance your relationships utilizing a holistic approach to mental health care, then I that I can be a great resource for you. I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist for almost 20 years. I am a US Army veteran and I enjoy exercising, reading, and traveling.
My Background and Approach
In addition to having a degree in counseling, I also possess a degree in Theology from Moody Seminary and, I specialize in providing Christian counseling and Biblical counseling. My behavioral health clinical specializations include treating individuals with substance use disorders and mood disorders to include anxiety and depression. I also enjoy working with professionals who are dealing with workplace and career challenges. I also work with adolescents and young adults.
