My Background and Approach
It has been a privilege to be a part of the mental health community for the past 13 years. Walking alongside others in their journey, and helping them find a renewal of hope is something that is incredibly fulfilling to me as a counselor. Whatever challenge you are facing, I am hopeful we can work together to help you discover new ways to navigate. It takes tremendous courage to enter into a relationship where you are expected to be vulnerable. I recognize this can be an obstacle, and offer consideration while working together to establish a comfortable pace that works well for you.
