The therapeutic relationship is a partnership in which the client is the expert and will be expected to put in the effort for accountability and be present within the counseling alliance. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, environment where we can explore your primary interests, challenges, learn ways to manage your responses to those challenges, and strengthen your resilience, develop goals and determine strengths and assets as you move toward your aspirations
My Background and Approach
I have over 5 years of experience providing services in a variety of settings to diverse youth and their families. Rather than adopting one methodology for all individuals and issues, I draw from a variety of methods to create a tailored approach for each individual and situation.
