My expertise extends to working with children, teens, and adults who are navigating trauma, attachment issues, substance misuse, and other mental health issues. I'm specifically passionate about working with teens/young adults as they process trauma, anxiety, and self-esteem/negative thought patterns.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with trauma survivors and their families at a local advocacy center, as well as providing individual/group therapy at a partial hospitalization/intensive outpatient program for adolescents/young adults. I'm now working at a private practice where I work with children, teens, and adults navigating a variety of life experiences through talk therapy and neurofeedback. My approach is marked by empathy, active listening, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of my clients--you! You're at the center of your healing journey and I want to meet you where you are! You are unique and your therapy should be too; I utilize several modalities depending on the client's needs.
