At the heart of my practice is the idea that developing strong relationships and powerful connections is integral to our healing. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families and I utilize assessment and evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal, family systems, and acceptance and commitment therapies, to assist clients in improving their lives. As a parent, I understand the challenges of raising a family. I believe strong parenting is foundational in helping children and teens struggling with emotional and behavioral issues. My individual therapy and parenting workshops provide the perspective, tools, and support needed to thrive.
