About My Clients
I specialize in supporting transgender and gender non-conforming people, polyamorous and non-monogamous folks, and those interested in kink and BDSM. I help people with depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, gender and sexuality, sex and eroticism, interpersonal dysfunction, intrusive thoughts, body image, spirituality and religious trauma, life changes and transitions, and the shame and blame that linger from the past.
My Background and Approach
My clinical approach is designed to keep you grounded in your personal sovereignty as we address the difficult parts of your life. I work relationally, using psychodynamic, somatic, parts work, mindfulness, breathwork, cognitive, and narrative techniques for emotional healing. My career has primarily focused on supporting LGBTQ+ people. My approach is informed by my experiences as a queer, fat, neurodivergent, and disabled transgender woman.
