About My Clients
I work best with individuals who are navigating life transitions, stress, depression, anxiety, trauma, and identity development. Many of my clients are managing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or feeling overwhelmed by academic/career, or personal pressures. I also support individuals working through substance use concerns or building healthier coping strategies. My ideal client is open to growth, even if they’re unsure where to start, and is looking for a support and nonjudgment.
My Background and Approach
My background includes working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, and substance use, with a strong focus on young adults and college populations. My approach is collaborative, practical, and client-centered. I draw from evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based techniques to help clients build insight, develop coping skills, and create meaningful change. I strive to create a space that is supportive, nonjudgmental, and empowering, where clients feel heard and understood. Whether you’re working through a specific concern or seeking personal growth, I aim to meet you where you are and support you in moving forward with clarity and confidence.
