I show up as a real person- direct, compassionate, and always authentic. Sessions with me are more than just talking. We will heal your entire self by addressing thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.

My office is a place you can show up as your raw, vulnerable, authentic self and be met with acceptance rather than judgment. It’s a place where shame is broken, and your worth is restored.
